My name is Mathew Lee (he/him) and I'm a Sydney-based multi-disciplinary director and theatre-maker - living and working on Gadigal and Wangal Land.

I most recently directed Misery Loves Company by Isabella Reid (Legit Theatre Co, 2024) at KXT on Broadway, the staged reading of Ripple by Jacob Sgouros - winner of the 2024 Lysicrates Prize, and the Little Eggs Collective's queer reimagining of Symphonie Fantastique (KXT, 2021) which won four Sydney Theatre Awards, including Best Independent Production.
